BV-BRC
The BV-BRC is a resource for the study of bacterial virulence. This is the sister-site to DXKB, and the two sites are closely integrated in terms of backend services.
CEPI
The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) is a global public-private partnership working to prevent and prepare for epidemic threats. The DXKB project is funded directly by CEPI.

The University of Chicago is a private research university located in Chicago, Illinois. The DXKB project is hosted by the University of Chicago Consortium for Advanced Science and Engineering (CASE).

Through joint appointments, University of Chicago Consortium for Advanced Science and Engineering (CASE) brings new research, training and mentoring opportunities to scientists at the National Laboratories in engineering, public policy and the computational, biological, physical, and social sciences.

The Argonne National Laboratory is a national laboratory managed by the University of Chicago for the U.S. Department of Energy. The DXKB project is a collaboration between the University of Chicago, Argonne National Laboratory, and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).
